Dear reader,
Hi, I’m Kristy — a people person through and through. I originally started my career in hairdressing, where I loved connecting with clients, hearing their stories, and helping them feel confident and cared for. But deep down, I always knew I wanted to do something more — something that made an even bigger difference in people’s lives. That’s what led me to support work, and I haven’t looked back since.
These days, I’m proud to work alongside individuals of all abilities, helping them build confidence, develop new skills, and live life on their own terms. I believe in encouragement, trust, and showing up with warmth and reliability. Whether I’m supporting someone to access the community or helping them work toward personal goals, I bring a positive, person-centered approach to every day.
I’m someone who values genuine connection, open communication, and consistency. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive environment where people feel respected and heard.
Outside of work, I enjoy beach walks, reading, travelling to new places, and getting creative with hands-on projects. I’m always open to learning and love finding new ways to grow both personally and professionally.
For me, support work is more than a job — it’s something I feel truly called to do
