We believe the best support comes from people who feel valued, respected, and backed by a strong team. Here’s what you can expect when you join us:
Bundaberg is where it all started for us, and it remains our primary base. From here, we coordinate and support participants, families, and team members across Queensland.
Being locally grounded means we genuinely understand the community, lifestyle, and everyday realities of the people we support. At the same time, our reach extends well beyond Bundaberg, with multiple bases throughout Queensland and dedicated support for rural and remote locations.
Our team doesn’t just work in these communities, they’re part of them. We live locally, build relationships locally, and deliver care that’s informed by real understanding, not distance.
If you’re looking for meaningful work that keeps you connected to your community while still making a statewide impact, you’ll feel right at home with us. Whether you’re a long-time local or new to the region, you’ll be joining a supportive team that values community, flexibility, and genuine care.
Our support workers are the heart of what we do. If you’re caring, dependable, and love helping people live life their way, this could be the perfect role for you.
