Dear reader,
My name is Jesse, and I bring a unique blend of energy, practical problem-solving, and creativity to my role as a support worker. With a background rooted in both construction and music, I’ve developed a strong work ethic, a knack for building solid foundations, and the ability to think on my feet and adapt to any rhythm or situation.
I am a qualified support worker with over three years of dedicated experience specializing in complex behaviours. I pride myself on providing structured, calm, and reliable support, ensuring a safe and positive environment where customers feel truly heard and respected. For me, this work is about building authentic, lasting relationships—making sure everyone gets a fair go and is treated as a valued individual, never just a number.
I love getting out into the community and creating engaging, enjoyable experiences for the people I support. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me behind an instrument; music is a massive part of my life, and I love playing gigs in my spare time. Whether I’m collaborating on a project or playing a set, my goal is always to bring dedication, empathy, and positive energy to everything I do.
Currently I have experience with:
- Intellectual impairments
- Psychosocial
- Acquired Brain Injury
- ASD/ Autism
- Down Syndrome
- ADHD/ADD
Qualifications:
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR training
- NDIS Worker Orientation
I would be delighted to attend a meeting and greet you and see if I may be the person for you!
Warmest Regards,
Jesse
