Dear reader,
Hello! I’m Emma, a dedicated support worker who truly loves
experiencing the unique differences and perspectives that every
individual has to offer. With 4 years of experience as a qualified
disability support worker, I’ve learned that the best support comes
from a place of genuine connection and understanding. I pride
myself on being someone who enjoys a good laugh, as I firmly
believe in its healing properties and its ability to brighten anyone’s
day.
I find so much joy in supporting my clients to express themselves
and reach their goals, and I always aim to bring a positive,
creative energy to every shift.
A Bit About Me
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me leaning into my
creative side—I love colouring, crafting, and painting. I’m also a
big fan of the outdoors; there’s nothing quite like a long drive to
clear the head or a quiet day out fishing.
I am a massive animal lover and a proud owner of two pure-bred
Staffordshire Bull Terriers who keep me very busy! In my downtime,
I love nothing more than being in the kitchen cooking up a storm
for my family and friends. For me, life is all about those moments
of connection, whether it’s over a home-cooked meal or a shared
hobby.

I have extensive experience in supporting people with a wide
variety of needs, including:
- ASD & Autism
