Dear reader,
My name is Ella, I am a kind and empathetic woman. Someone who has seen many walks of life, both trying and rewarding. I would consider myself someone who has also experienced various walks of life and their many challenges. From this I learned everyone’s story is different and everyone deserves to be nurtured in their own unique way.
I have learned a lot during my time as a support worker and have always been a people’s person. Building relationships and friendships has always come naturally to me, and I have found I can positively demonstrate how to build and maintain relationships.
I have lived and worked in Bundaberg for a few years now. I haven’t found a career that I enjoy more. This job can be enjoyable and always finds a way to leave a smile on your face most days, but there are days that are trying and difficult, that demand patience and empathy. I try to remember their fight every day and we are here to stand as a pillar of support and strength they can draw on to persevere.
In my home time I enjoy walking my dog on the beach and catching up with friends. I’ve become a green thumb through work and have developed into a pretty good gardener. I’m a great weeder!
I enjoy staying active and love going to events around town, markets and live music! I have also become quite fond of puzzles, as well as framing them once complete for some artwork! I try to keep my life well balanced J I am a dedicated and nurturing woman and am grateful I get to build on this career.
